UK Tech Boutique Expands Leadership
Embridge Consulting, a UK-based boutique advisory firm focused on digital transformation, just made two senior board appointments. The move is meant to accelerate its next growth phase, signaling a rising appetite for specialists who can bridge business strategy with systems implementation.
The new board members are Alex Ashley-Roberts and Lucy Fox, who have been appointed to strengthen the firm's senior leadership. Ashley-Roberts, with a background in B2B marketing at tech companies like Unit4 and Proactis, had been serving as the interim head of marketing and business development since July 2025. Lucy Fox steps into the Chief Commercial Officer role, transitioning from her position as interim sales director. Her experience includes decades in SaaS B2B sales, with previous leadership positions at OpenSensors and Proactis. These appointments are timed with the launch of Embridge's new "Elastic Change" brand positioning. This approach emphasizes an emotionally intelligent and flexible method for business transformation, aiming to address the high failure rate of such initiatives. Embridge Consulting, founded in 2009, specializes in digital transformation, particularly in ERP and business change, for sectors like public services, healthcare, and higher education. The firm has a revenue target of over £10 million for the current year and has doubled its revenue over the last three years. The leadership expansion, which also included the earlier appointments of a Chief Experience Officer and Chief Operating Officer, is designed to support the firm's aggressive growth plans and increase its market share. The company is actively expanding its professional services team to manage several large ERP consultancy projects.
