NFLPA Report Cards Leak

The leaked NFLPA 2026 report cards are dominating NFL talks — Eagles' Nick Sirianni earned an A grade from players, while the Steelers got criticized. Bills gained $22M in cap space today, and NFL Combine winners include Kenyon Sadiq and Eli Stowers on Friday, plus Rueben Bain and Sonny Styles on Thursday.

This year's NFLPA survey results were released despite a recent ruling that barred the union from making them public after the NFL filed a grievance. The league office subsequently sent a memo to all 32 teams calling the leaked report cards "neither reliable nor scientifically valid" and an "agenda-driven exercise." The annual report cards, based on anonymous player feedback, are designed to illuminate daily working conditions and help players make informed free agency decisions. Categories are weighted, with grades for the Club Owner and Head Coach having a larger impact on the team's overall score than areas like Treatment of Families or Nutritionist/Dietician. The Pittsburgh Steelers ranked last among all 32 teams for the first time. Players gave owner Art Rooney II the league's lowest grade for his perceived unwillingness to invest in facilities. Specific criticisms included an 'F' grade for the locker room, which players noted has only five bathroom stalls for the entire team, and an 'F-minus' for the field at Acrisure Stadium, which was rated the worst in the NFL. While Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni received high marks from his players, the team's overall ranking was 20th. The organization received an 'F' for team travel and a 'D' for their locker room. Despite outside criticism of Sirianni, his 'A' grade suggests strong support from within the locker room, standing in contrast to the C+ received by the team's since-fired offensive coordinator. These report cards have previously driven tangible changes. The Atlanta Falcons, for example, jumped from 25th to 3rd in the 2025 rankings after investing nearly $30 million in facility upgrades. This investment turned previous 'F' grades for their weight room and locker room into 'A+' grades.
