The Maine Food Festival, held annually at the Augusta Civic Center, is scheduled for April 18-19, 2026. The festival will showcase Maine's culinary scene, featuring local food vendors, bakers, and makers. Attendees can explore spices, sauces, jams, sweets, kitchen tools, and culinary crafts. The event includes samples, tastings, a pie contest, live local music, and a silent auction. Broadcasting live from the event will be 107.9 the Mix and True Country 93.5, with Facebook Live posts planned. Admission to the Maine Culinary Fest is $5, while children 12 and under get in free. Maine hosts a variety of food festivals throughout the year, celebrating seafood, blueberries, and other local specialties. Among the most popular are the Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland, the Yarmouth Clam Festival, and the Maine Whoopie Pie Festival in Dover-Foxcroft.
