Gong Expands Revenue AI Platform

Revenue intelligence firm Gong announced Mission Andromeda, an expansion of its Revenue AI OS. The update extends the platform's capabilities into sales enablement and account management. This move aims to provide a more comprehensive AI-driven solution across the entire GTM function.

The "Mission Andromeda" launch introduces Gong Enable, an AI-powered solution for sales readiness. It uses an "AI Call Reviewer" to analyze live conversations and identify team skill gaps, while an "AI Trainer" allows reps to practice scenarios like pricing objections in AI-generated simulations. This addresses a common pain point, as frontline managers often spend as little as 9% of their time on coaching. Gong's strategy reflects a broader shift towards revenue enablement, where AI is becoming the backbone of the entire GTM motion.
