WisdomAI Launches New Agentic Platform
WisdomAI just launched its new Federated Agentic Intelligence platform. The system is designed to automate business decisions by analyzing data across fragmented silos without needing to move the data itself. It combines an analytics client with a deterministic execution layer, aiming to turn raw enterprise data into trusted actions.
The platform's core is an analytics-native Model Context Protocol (MCP) client, which lets AI agents reason across distributed systems in real-time. This design eliminates the need for traditional, costly ETL pipelines and avoids the "warehouse wait" associated with data consolidation. WisdomAI was founded in 2023 by Soham Mazumdar, a co-founder of Rubrik, along with former senior Rubrik colleagues Kapil Chhabra, Sharvanath Pathak, and Guilherme Menezes. The company is backed by prominent investors including Kleiner Perkins, Coatue, and NVentures, NVIDIA's venture capital arm. By November 2025, the company had raised a total of $73 million in capital. This funding included a $50 million Series A round intended to expand the engineering team and scale go-to-market operations. To ensure data integrity and auditability, the autonomous agents operate on structured dataframes rather than generating less reliable text outputs. The system is designed to prevent AI "hallucinations" by using large language models to generate data queries, not to answer questions directly. Early adopters of the platform include major enterprise companies like Cisco, Coatue, and ConocoPhillips. Since its initial launch, the company has grown its customer base from two to forty enterprise clients.
