The Amber Lewis x Loloi partnership first launched in October 2021, debuting with seven rug collections, including the Billie. The Billie collection is power-loomed from 100% polyester, a process that makes the rugs durable, stain-resistant, and fade-resistant. Unlike many printed rugs, the Billie features an innovative cross-woven texture that provides a softer, more substantial feel underfoot. This technique also enhances the depth and color variation of the distressed patterns. Within the broader Amber Lewis x Loloi line, the Billie collection stands out as a printed design with added texture. Other collections in the collaboration include hand-knotted wool and cotton options like the Mulholland and Collins, and another printed collection called Georgie, which has a smoother, flat weave. Some of the hand-crafted rugs are made in India and are GoodWeave-certified, ensuring ethical production. Loloi has a history of successful collaborations with high-profile designers, including Joanna Gaines's Magnolia Home, Justina Blakeney, and Chris Loves Julia.
