Tunde Oyeneyin, a Peloton instructor, is known for her Arms program aimed at building upper body strength. Her classes focus on strengthening arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core. "Arms With Tunde" launched in 2022, and in March 2025, she released "Upper Body with Tunde," a 4-week program with three classes per week. The "Peak Your Power Zone" program is an advanced 8-week program designed to improve a user's FTP (Functional Threshold Power). It involves 3 workouts a week, ranging from 10 to 60 minutes. The program is designed to avoid plateaus and help riders see continuous improvement. Peloton's Artist Series incorporates music from specific artists into various workout formats. Past series have featured artists like David Bowie, Barbra Streisand, and Fleetwood Mac. A Fleetwood Mac series included classes across cycling, running, yoga, and strength modalities.
