Taking Back Sunday Adds Irish Dates
Taking Back Sunday added Dublin Academy on May 20 and Belfast Limelight on May 21 to their tour schedule [https://x.com/i/status/2031385806242267137]. Sunny Day Real Estate extended their UK tour, starting July 10 [https://x.com/i/status/2031495456061034955].
These shows mark Taking Back Sunday's first performances in Ireland and Northern Ireland since 2019. The Dublin show will be held at The Academy on May 20, and the Belfast show will be at The Limelight on May 21. Taking Back Sunday, known for hits like "MakeDamnSure" and "Cute Without The'E'", drove the early 2000s emo and pop-punk scene. The band released their eighth studio album, *152*, in late 2023. Tickets went on sale March 9. The band is also scheduled to perform at Slam Dunk Festival in the UK this May.
