Verstappen Hints at Le Mans

F1 champ Max Verstappen is hinting at a possible Le Mans campaign with Alonso and Vettel.

Verstappen stated it would have to be "for the right team” because he wouldn’t want to participate just to make up the numbers. He wants to win. Verstappen has a contract with Red Bull through 2028, so any Le Mans attempt would have to be outside of F1 commitments. He has previously mentioned being open to other racing if it fits his schedule. Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel, both former F1 champions, have also expressed interest in Le Mans. Alonso won Le Mans twice with Toyota. Vettel has been testing Porsche Penske's hypercar. Verstappen clarified that it’s just an idea for now, contingent on the right circumstances and team. He's currently focused on his F1 career with Red Bull.
