Major Pop Drops Hit Friday

New Music Friday (March 6) brings major drops including Harry Styles' "Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally," plus Denzel Curry & The Scythe's "Strictly 4 The Scythe," Ty Dolla $ign's "girl music vol. 1" EP, and JENNIE's "Ruby (Complete Edition)." Singles include Juice WRLD/Marshmello's "We Don't Get Along."

Harry Styles' fourth studio album, "Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally," was recorded in Berlin and London with frequent collaborators Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson. The album's lead single, "Aperture," was released on January 22, 2026, and features background vocals from members of the London-based House Gospel Choir, who appear on several other tracks. Instead of a traditional tour, Styles has announced a series of concert residencies called "Together, Together" in seven cities, including a 30-show run at Madison Square Garden in New York. This follows his extensive "Love On Tour," which concluded in July 2023 after 22 months. Rapper Denzel Curry has formed a new collective called The Scythe with artists Ferg, Bktherula, TiaCorine, and Key Nyata. Their debut album, "Strictly 4 The Scythe," is described as a return to a raw, regional Southern sound, drawing inspiration from the gritty textures of Memphis, Houston, and Miami hip-hop. The new group's formation is a nod to the collaborative ethos of Curry's early days with the Raider Klan. The album features a variety of collaborations, including tracks with Juicy J, Smino, and Rich the Kid. JENNIE's "Ruby (Complete Edition)" marks the first anniversary of her debut solo album. The reissue includes six bonus tracks, featuring fan-favorite remixes from award show performances and solo versions of songs that were previously only available on physical formats. Ty Dolla $ign's "girl music vol. 1" is his first EP since 2014's "Beach House EP." The new project follows his successful 2024 collaborative album with Kanye West as ¥$, "Vultures 1," which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. The posthumous Juice WRLD and Marshmello single, "We Don't Get Along," has been highly anticipated by fans for years due to snippets leaking on platforms like Discord and YouTube. The two artists previously collaborated on the track "Come & Go," and Marshmello has stated they recorded at least eight unreleased songs together.
