Pearland’s Grand Arts & Eats returns this weekend with a two-day festival on Grand Boulevard, starting Friday, April 24, and continuing Saturday, April 25. (visitpearland.com) Visit Pearland and the Pearland Chamber of Commerce list a sold-out al fresco dinner for Friday night, followed by Saturday programming in the Old Townsite district with artist and maker booths, farmers market vendors, live music, and a family fun zone. (visitpearland.com) (pearlandchamber.org) Saturday’s public festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Grand Boulevard and Zychlinski Park, and Houston on the Cheap says admission is free and the event is rain or shine. (houstononthecheap.com) The event is in its second year. Visit Pearland said the first Grand Arts & Eats was held on April 26, 2025, as a new city festival built around art, food, and live entertainment in the Old Townsite area. (visitpearland.com) This year’s lineup keeps that same formula but adds a formal Friday kickoff. The chamber calls it the “second annual” festival and says the weekend opens with dinner before shifting to Saturday’s larger street-and-park event. (pearlandchamber.org) Visit Pearland says Artist Alley will be set in historic Zychlinski Park, with named participants including Jeanette Fraley, Don Bertram’s Celebrate Imagination, Lovita Vinod, Tessy Atcheson, and Tracys Mosaics and Fused Glass. (visitpearland.com) Food is split between local restaurants and the Old Pearland Farmers Market. Visit Pearland lists Central Texas BBQ, HomeTown Sports Bar & Grill, and Vallensons’ Brewing Company, alongside market vendors selling produce, breads, pastries, coffee, tamales, pizza, fruit cups, sauces, and shaved ice. (visitpearland.com) The Saturday stage also includes a Texas Music Friendly Community certification ceremony at 1:15 p.m., co-hosted by the Texas Music Office and the City of Pearland, according to Visit Pearland. Houston on the Cheap lists four music acts across the day, including Tucker Hart and The Midnight Drifters and Britney Doyal. (visitpearland.com) (houstononthecheap.com) For families, First United Methodist Church Pearland is hosting the fun zone with carnival games, crafts, popcorn, and snow cones. The festival’s organizers are pitching the weekend as a walkable showcase for Pearland’s historic district and local businesses. (visitpearland.com 1) (visitpearland.com 2) The public portion lands on Saturday, April 25, even as some regional event roundups package it into the broader April 24–26 weekend. For visitors, the clearest plan is Friday dinner if you already have a ticket, then the free festival on Grand Boulevard on Saturday. (pearlandchamber.org) (houstononthecheap.com)
