Myriad360 Acquires Advizex in $900M Deal
Global systems integrator Myriad360 has acquired Advizex Technologies to form a combined global platform valued at $900 million. The new entity will specialize in cybersecurity, AI activation, managed services, and modern enterprise infrastructure delivery.
- The new entity combines Myriad360's strengths in cybersecurity and AI with Advizex's expertise in delivering "Everything as a Service" (XaaS) and hybrid cloud solutions. - Advizex has made a significant investment of over $1 million into a dedicated AI business unit, which includes a team of data scientists. This investment led to them being named the Nvidia Trailblazer Partner of the Year for their efforts in promoting AI adoption. - Myriad360 recently partnered with VAST Data to deliver high-performance, scalable data management and storage solutions geared towards AI and enterprise markets. - Myriad360 has also launched a Data Security Health Assessment service with Cyera, which utilizes an AI-powered platform to discover and secure sensitive data, a critical step for companies expanding their AI capabilities. - Advizex offers AI readiness workshops and specializes in developing custom AI models, optimizing data infrastructure, and integrating AI into existing systems. They have also partnered with Iternal to provide turnkey AI solutions. - The leadership of the separate companies includes Jay Miley as President & CEO of Myriad360 and C.R.
