NIUA scopes 6.2km COD drain

The National Institute of Urban Affairs has put Kanpur’s COD drain out for design, not just cleanup. On April 22, it issued a request for proposals for a detailed project report on rejuvenating the drain through nature-based solutions and placemaking.
