This year marks the fourth annual Fremont Restaurant Week, which has grown steadily since its inception. A survey following the inaugural event found that a majority of participating restaurants saw a significant increase in revenue and attracted new customers. This success has encouraged continued and expanded participation from local dining spots. This year's offerings include a wide range of deals, from three-course prix fixe dinners to special menu items created exclusively for the event. For example, Federico's Grill is offering a $35 three-course meal, while Billy Roy's Burger Co. has introduced a new Grilled Cheese Cattle Smash Burger for $17. Diners can find deals across the city, from historic favorites like Massimo's and Papillon to newer establishments. Other specials include a Tandoori Chicken plate for $16.99 at Bismallah, $15 combos at Cafe Mei, and two fish tacos for $10 at El Patio. For those looking for Japanese cuisine, SOHO Modern Japanese is offering a special multi-course tasting menu for the event. Additionally, a wide variety of international cuisines are represented, including Afghan, Mexican, and Indian food. To encourage exploring multiple eateries, diners can use a "passport" to collect stamps from participating locations. These passports can then be entered into a raffle for prizes.
