Radiohead’s Coachella bunker

Coachella usually sells you a stage and a set time. This year it is also opening a 17,000-square-foot bunker under the Empire Polo Fields for a 75-minute Radiohead film built from the world of *Kid A* and *Amnesiac*. Radiohead is not performing there; the band is presenting a large-format audiovisual piece instead. The soundtrack comes from the original multitrack recordings from that period, so the project is built from the albums’ raw materials rather than a new studio record.
