Mumbai is getting a two-night stand-up event billed as India’s first all-headliners comedy festival, with 14 comics sharing one stage at Dome SVP on April 24 and 25. (mid-day.com) The festival is being sold as “The Comedy Land” by District and Dome Entertainment, with shows scheduled at Dome SVP Stadium in Mahalaxmi and tickets starting at Rs 750. (district.in) District’s event page lists a 5:00 p.m. start, a 5-hour-30-minute runtime, indoor seated entry, and an age gate of 16 and above. It also says the performances will be in Hindi and English. (district.in) Day 1 is set to feature Gaurav Gupta, Harsh Gujral, Nishant Suri, Jaspreet Singh, Shreya Priyam Roy, Siddhartha Shetty, Mohit Morani, Mangu Singh and Tushar Basra. Day 2 lists Anubhav Singh Bassi, Ravi Gupta, Atul Khatri, Gurleen Pannu, Swati Sachdeva, Shashi Dhiman, Abijit Ganguly, Naman Jain and Rohan Gujral. (district.in) Dome India’s listing uses the same “India’s first all-headliners comedy festival” description and says the format is “one stage” over two days rather than separate single-headliner sets across venues. (domeindia.com) That pitch lands at a time when Indian stand-up has grown from club circuits and YouTube clips into arena-style ticketed events built around comics who already draw large solo crowds. The lineup mixes established names such as Bassi and Khatri with newer acts who have built followings online and on the live circuit. (district.in) The venue pricing also shows how the event is being positioned: LiveFiesta lists ticket slabs from Rs 750 for Silver to Rs 10,000 for Premium. That puts the festival in the same big-night-out bracket as other premium live entertainment in Mumbai rather than a small club comedy bill. (livefiesta.com) Mid-day included the festival in its Mumbai events roundup this week, placing it alongside theatre, poetry and music listings for April. The listing says booking is through District. (mid-day.com) If the event runs as advertised, Mumbai’s comedy audience will get two evenings of back-to-back headline sets instead of the usual one-comic tour stop. Tickets are already live ahead of the Friday, April 24, 2026 opening night. (district.in)
