YouTube Create surfaces

YouTube Create is not a new launch, but an official YouTube editing app that is getting fresh attention as creators look for faster ways to cut Shorts on phones. Google’s current Help pages say the app now runs on Android phones with at least 4 gigabytes of random access memory and on iPhone XR or newer models running iOS 17 or later.
