Zoho CRM has published a new customer case study showing QualiZeal moved sales forecasting out of spreadsheets and into an automated system. (zoho.com) QualiZeal, a quality engineering company founded in 2021, said it now uses Zoho CRM to manage large lead volumes, complex deal structures, forecast-versus-actual revenue tracking, and cross-functional visibility.
