NVIDIA enables SAP enterprise agents

NVIDIA and SAP used SAP Sapphire in Orlando on May 12 to lay out how they want enterprise AI agents to move from demos into production systems. SAP said it is integrating NVIDIA OpenShell into the SAP Business AI Platform, while NVIDIA described OpenShell as an open-source runtime built to add security, privacy and governance controls around autonomous agents. The companies tied the work to SAP’s finance, procurement and supply-chain workflows, where agents would need to operate inside business systems rather than in isolated test environments. SAP said the integration is aimed at making those agents safe, governable and auditable inside existing enterprise controls. ### What exactly did NVIDIA and SAP announce?
