Securing a table at Oresh requires persistence and planning. Reservations are released exclusively on DoorDash seven days in advance at 9 a.m. and are known to be snapped up almost immediately. This reservation strategy places Oresh in the same league as other notoriously hard-to-get tables in New York City, such as Rao's, Carbone, and Tatiana by Chef Kwame Onwuachi.
