Life is Strange: Reunion Update
Life is Strange: Reunion will be showcased at the Future Games Show on March 12, releasing March 26 on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
"Life is Strange: Reunion" is a direct sequel to "Life is Strange: Double Exposure" and concludes Max and Chloe's story. The game follows Chloe Price as she seeks Max Caulfield's help at Caledon University, haunted by nightmares, while Max deals with an impending inferno threatening the campus. For the first time in the series, players can control both Max and Chloe. Max retains her rewind power from the original game, allowing her to undo actions and travel to the past using polaroid photographs. Chloe's "backtalk" ability, originally from "Life is Strange: Before the Storm," enables her to confront characters and access restricted areas. The game is set at Caledon University, where Max is now a photography teacher. Tragedy strikes when a fire engulfs the university. Max uses her rewind power to go back three days to prevent the disaster. Choices from previous games, including "Life is Strange" and "Double Exposure," will affect dialogue options and the overall narrative. The game will not be released in an episodic format. "Life is Strange: Reunion" will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Pre-orders are available on Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store. The game will not be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch.
