Faye Acquires Salesforce Partner CRM Science

Software consulting firm Faye has acquired CRM Science, an award-winning Salesforce partner. The move is intended to expand Faye's Salesforce capabilities and its Agentforce AI solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, deepening its expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This marks Faye's 12th strategic acquisition in 10 years, a move that solidifies its expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem. The addition of CRM Science brings a five-time Salesforce Partner Innovation Award winner into the fold, significantly boosting Faye's AI and automation capabilities for the mid-market. All of CRM Science's employees and clients will be integrated into Faye. CRM Science, a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner, boasts a team with over 135 Salesforce certifications and 28 specializations. Their portfolio includes transformative projects for organizations like Conservation Nation, where they utilized Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, and Roadrunner Food Bank, showcasing a deep expertise in the nonprofit sector. "Joining Faye was the clear next step for our team and our clients," said Ami Assayag, CEO of CRM Science. He noted that Faye's platform provides the resources to tackle more significant challenges and deliver more comprehensive solutions. Assayag himself has been a member of Salesforce's PDO Partner Advisory Board, helping to shape the company's strategic initiatives. Faye's CEO, David Faye, emphasized the cultural fit between the two companies, stating, "the Faye and CRM Science teams are also a perfect match in terms of values and our focus on taking care of our clients." This acquisition is part of Faye's broader strategy of growth and enhancing its service offerings across a range of platforms, including SugarCRM, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
