OpenAI has closed a mega-round valuing the company at $110 billion, with its valuation now reportedly trading at $800 billion. This record financing round includes a $50 billion investment from Amazon, with both Nvidia and SoftBank contributing $30 billion each. The deal solidifies strategic partnerships, expanding OpenAI's use of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and securing access to Nvidia's next-generation inference computing. The new capital brings OpenAI's post-money valuation to $840 billion, a significant leap from its $500 billion valuation in October 2025 and its $29 billion valuation in early 2023.
