(DDTI). - The acquisition of DDTI led to the formation of DATAMARK Technologies, a new brand that combines Michael Baker's existing public safety GIS division with DDTI's Next Generation 9-1-1 location services. - This new entity, DATAMARK Technologies, is positioned to capture a combined annual addressable market of $200 million in the Government Technology (GovTech) and public safety sectors. - The company's technology team consists of over 400 professionals, and its "Digital Solutions" group partners with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. - In addition to DDTI, Michael Baker's parent company acquired three other firms in 2024: MLU Services, Inc.
