Fremont police arrested a 43-year-old man Monday after officers found him hiding inside a commercial dumpster with a gun, according to police and local reports. Officers then saw the handle of a gun protruding from his clothing, Fremont police said. During the pursuit, he ran through barbed wire, and officers set up a containment perimeter around nearby businesses.
