The property, which opened in 1970 and fell into foreclosure in 2021, was purchased by Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties in 2023. - Other new tenants announced for the revitalized center include a PGA Tour Superstore, J.Crew, and a Hackensack Meridian Health facility, joining existing anchors like Macy's and AMC Theatres. - The expansion is a key part of Nordstrom's current strategy, as its off-price Rack division has been a significant growth driver.
