Anthropic has held early IPO discussions that could put a listing as soon as October 2026 on the table, according to people familiar with the matter. (bloomberg.com) The company closed a $30 billion Series G on Feb. 12, 2026 that Anthropic says produced a $380 billion post‑money valuation. (anthropic.com) Anthropic named GIC and Coatue as the lead investors in that round, with co‑leads including D.E. Shaw Ventures, Dragoneer, Founders Fund, ICONIQ and MGX and participation from Microsoft and NVIDIA. (anthropic.com) Bankers have been in early talks about syndicate roles, with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley reported as being under consideration for lead positions. (bloomberg.com) In its company announcement Anthropic reported a $14 billion revenue run‑rate, said more than 500 customers now spend over $1 million annually, and put Claude Code’s run‑rate at about $2.5 billion. (anthropic.com) Sources say deliberations are ongoing and company and bank representatives have declined to comment publicly, while The Information reports Anthropic is also developing next‑generation Claude models internally.
