SiteGround Launches No-Code AI App Builder
Web hosting platform SiteGround has launched Coderick AI, a new tool designed to let small businesses build custom applications without technical expertise. The launch taps into the growing demand for accessible AI and no-code solutions that lower the barrier to software development.
The no-code AI platform market is undergoing explosive growth, projected to expand from $8.6 billion in 2026 to $75.14 billion by 2034. This surge reflects a broader trend, with Gartner forecasting that 70% of new applications developed by organizations will use low-code or no-code technologies by 2026, a significant increase from under 25% in 2020. Marketing and advertising agencies are at the forefront of this adoption wave. A recent Forrester report found that 91% of U.S. advertising agencies are either currently using or exploring generative AI. This adoption is more prevalent in larger agencies, with 78% of firms with over 200 employees actively using the technology compared to 53% of smaller agencies. For agencies, AI is primarily being used to ideate creative concepts (74%), summarize audience insights (59%), and analyze marketing performance data (49%). Many are integrating AI tools for content generation, personalizing email campaigns, and optimizing ad targeting for better ROI. Despite high adoption for creative tasks, opportunities remain in operational efficiency. Only 44.4% of agencies currently use AI to automate and streamline internal workflows, and just 31% leverage it for SEO strategies, indicating significant room for growth in using AI for core business processes. SiteGround’s Coderick AI enters this market with built-in hosting, version control, and user authentication, positioning it for production-ready applications, not just prototypes. Plans are tiered, starting with an "Essential" plan at $10/month for one project and scaling to a "Pro" plan at $40/month for ten projects, each with varying levels of credits and storage.
