Supreme x Nike Drops

The Supreme x Nike partnership dates back to 2002, when they first collaborated on a Nike SB Dunk Low, transforming the 1985 basketball shoe into a skate-culture icon. This initial release, which used the Air Jordan III's famous elephant print, was limited to just 1250 pairs and helped establish a model for future limited-edition drops. The Air Max 2 CB 94 was originally the signature shoe for NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley, designed by Tracy Teague to match his aggressive, in-your-face style of play. Released in 1994, the shoe's distinctive features, including its straitjacket-inspired support straps and visible Max Air unit, reflected Barkley's "Sir Charles" and "Round Mound of Rebound" personas. This new collaboration marks the first time Barkley's signature model has been officially reworked as a low-top, a modification created exclusively for Supreme. The release continues Supreme's history of reviving less common Nike silhouettes, having previously brought back models like the Nike SB Gato and the Air Trainer 2 TW. On the other side of the sneaker world, the Sp5der brand was founded by Atlanta-based rapper Young Thug in 2019. Known for its vibrant, web-themed graphics and rhinestone embellishments, the brand quickly gained a cult following and made its New York Fashion Week debut in 2024. The Sp5der and adidas collaboration reimagines the iconic Superstar silhouette, a basketball shoe that first debuted in 1969 and later became a hip-hop staple. The design features a debossed spider web pattern on patent leather and is part of a broader adidas strategy to revitalize the 55-year-old model through partnerships with culturally influential brands.
