JINYA Ramen Bar Spring Specials

JINYA Ramen Bar has launched new Spring Chef's Specials, introducing innovative twists on classic Japanese comfort food. The announcement signals a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative broths for ramen aficionados looking for new flavors.

The new spring menu items are available from March 1 to May 31 across all JINYA locations. The star of the specials is the Hokuriku Cabba-Chick ramen, which features a clear chicken broth with pork back fat, sautéed chicken thigh, cabbage, and bean sprouts, all served with thin noodles. A hint of chili thread provides a gentle heat to the dish. To complement the savory ramen, JINYA has also introduced a new beverage, the Iced Matcha Latte. This drink is made with premium matcha, oat milk, and agave, and is finished with a salted cream topping. This seasonal offering is part of JINYA's ongoing commitment to "kaizen," the Japanese practice of continuous improvement. The chain, founded in 2010 by Tomo Takahashi, has a history of introducing limited-time specials that blend traditional Japanese flavors with modern culinary trends. For instance, previous seasonal menus have featured items like Birria Ramen and Chilled Tan Tan Men. JINYA Holdings now operates over 80 restaurants, including concepts like bushi by JINYA and Robata JINYA. The company has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Nation's Restaurant News' "100 Under 100" and FSR's "Breakout Brand of the Year" in 2023. Founder Tomo Takahashi was also recognized as one of the most influential restaurant CEOs in 2022.
