Boost Run gets Nvidia Exemplar badge

Boost Run announced it achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud certification on Blackwell architecture, joining a small set of providers that demonstrate reproducible performance on standard Blackwell training workloads. ( )

Boost Run said April 13 it cleared Nvidia’s Exemplar Cloud benchmark on Blackwell systems, a certification few cloud providers have publicly announced. (prnewswire.com) Nvidia created Exemplar Clouds in May 2025 to test cloud providers on real artificial intelligence jobs, not headline chip specs. The program measures performance and resiliency across training, fine-tuning and inference workloads. (developer.nvidia.com) To pass, a provider must hit results within 5% of Nvidia’s reference targets on real training workloads, production software stacks and large multi-graphics-processing-unit setups, Boost Run said. Nvidia said the program is built around workload-specific benchmarking recipes for its cloud partner ecosystem. (prnewswire.com, developer.nvidia.com) Blackwell is Nvidia’s newest graphics-processing-unit architecture for artificial intelligence computing, and cloud providers are racing to show they can deliver its promised training speed at scale. Nvidia has tied Blackwell capacity to its wider DGX Cloud Lepton marketplace, where approved partners offer graphics-processing-unit access by region. (nvidianews.nvidia.com) Boost Run said the certification was achieved on Nvidia HGX B300 infrastructure in secure, certified data centers and aimed at customers in finance and healthcare that need predictable performance and compliance controls. Chief executive Andrew Karos said those buyers want proof that cloud performance claims hold up under repeat testing. (prnewswire.com) The company said the new badge puts it alongside CoreWeave, Nebius, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure in the Exemplar group. Nvidia’s own materials describe Exemplar as a way to give customers apples-to-apples comparisons across providers in the Nvidia Cloud Partner network. (prnewswire.com, developer.nvidia.com) The announcement also lands three weeks before a scheduled April 30, 2026 shareholder vote on Boost Run’s merger with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. The companies said on April 9 that the combined business is expected to list on Nasdaq as Boost Run Inc. under the symbol BRUN if the deal closes. (prnewswire.com, sec.gov) For cloud buyers, the point of the badge is narrower than a broad quality ranking: it says a provider matched Nvidia’s standard on specific Blackwell training tests under repeatable conditions. For Boost Run, it gives a small private operator a credential Nvidia designed to make cloud performance claims easier to verify. (developer.nvidia.com, prnewswire.com)
