Integrity Deploys Microsoft AI Assistant to Entire Workforce
In a major enterprise AI adoption move, insurance distributor Integrity has announced it is deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot to its entire staff. The company says giving every employee a personal AI assistant will enhance productivity, services, and speed across the organization.
This move makes Integrity Marketing Group, a major distributor of life, health, and wealth products, one of the first in its sector to deploy generative AI at this scale. The Dallas-based company will provide the AI assistant to its nearly 5,500 employees as well as its network of over 420,000 agents. The investment in Microsoft 365 Copilot is significant, with enterprise licenses costing $30 per user per month. This large-scale adoption reflects a broader trend of companies embedding AI into their core operations to automate tasks and improve productivity. Integrity has a history of growth through acquisition, having acquired numerous companies to expand its insurance and financial service offerings. The firm has stated that its proprietary technology is a key part of its strategy to streamline the experience for both agents and clients. Microsoft itself was the first enterprise to fully deploy Copilot to its own workforce, rolling it out to over 300,000 employees and contractors. This internal deployment provided Microsoft with key learnings on adoption and governance before offering the tool to major clients like Integrity.
