The "BOMUL dakgyetang" gelato incorporates ginseng, glutinous rice, ginger, jujube, and chicken collagen, offering a savory-sweet profile. Located in the historic CHIJMES building, BOMUL aims to blend Korean flavors with the Italian tradition of gelato. BOMUL also features other unique gelato flavors like makgeolli (Korean rice wine), sujeonggwa (cinnamon punch), and black sesame.
