UAE launches ADEED platform

Abu Dhabi’s 7X and government partners launched ADEED, a platform designed to boost supply‑chain resilience and business continuity across the UAE, highlighting public‑private moves to harden logistics infrastructure. The initiative is positioned as a response to global shock risks and continuity demands. (gccbusinessnews.com)

ADEED was unveiled on 31 March 2026 by 7X alongside Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), Abu Dhabi Customs and the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC). (mediaoffice.abudhabi) The platform embeds an AI-driven conversational layer that structures incoming requests, identifies gaps in supply needs and routes users to the appropriate trade and logistics expertise. (economymiddleeast.com) Operationally, 7X will mobilise its ecosystem to deliver coordinated solutions across air, road and sea linehaul as well as fulfilment services, supporting both domestic and international movements. (mediaoffice.abudhabi) 7X’s logistics footprint that can be tapped by ADEED includes its National Network for Logistics (NXN) — launched in 2025 with 87 branches, more than 1,000 pick‑up/drop‑off points and smart lockers, plus same‑day and next‑day options. (cargotalkgcc.com) ADQCC is tasked with conformity assessments and setting standards to validate alternative suppliers, while ADIO contributes market insight and business‑support capabilities to help source qualified inputs linked to exports. (mediaoffice.abudhabi) A dedicated ADEED portal (adeed.ae) offers a structured pathway for businesses and government entities to submit support requests and access coordinated logistics responses through the platform.
