Financial AI company BridgeWise has acquired U.S.-based Context Analytics. The deal combines BridgeWise's institutional AI with Context Analytics' alternative data processing. The merged entity aims to create the industry's first fully integrated, end-to-end intelligence solution for wealth management.

- The acquisition was officially announced on February 17, 2026. - BridgeWise, founded in 2019, has raised $35 million in total capital, including a $21 million Series A round in April 2024 led by SIX Group. - Context Analytics, led by CEO and co-founder Joseph Gits, was originally founded as Social Market Analytics over a decade ago and rebranded in November 2022 to reflect its expanded focus beyond social media. - The technology from BridgeWise analyzes fundamental data on over 90% of globally listed securities, while Context Analytics specializes in using AI to analyze unstructured data like news, social media, and corporate filings for sentiment and risk. - BridgeWise was co-founded by CEO Gabriel Diamant, CBO Dor Eligula, and COO Or Eligula; it currently serves 25 million users and over 50 institutional clients globally. - The combined company's vision is to create a single, vertically integrated platform that handles the entire intelligence process, from processing raw text and data to providing compliant, explainable AI analysis for investors.
