Tint World Announces Executive Appointments
Tint World Automotive Styling Centers has made two strategic executive appointments to its leadership team. The franchise has hired a new Chief Development Officer and a VP of Finance to help accelerate its national expansion plans for 2026.
The new Chief Development Officer, Eric Taylor, has a background in franchise development for well-known brands such as Bennigan's, Sbarro, Rita's Italian Ice, and Sky Zone. His focus will be on identifying key markets for growth and improving the real estate strategy to ensure the success of new franchisees. Taylor stated that the strength of Tint World's leadership and its clear potential for expansion are what drew him to the company. The new VP of Finance, Craig Martin, started his career at Ernst & Young and has a strong background in audit, advisory, and strategic financial leadership. He previously served as a Managing Director at CFGI, a global accounting and business advisory firm, where he guided organizations through complex financial transactions and growth periods. His role will involve improving financial reporting and building the necessary infrastructure to support the company's disciplined expansion. These executive hires are part of a broader strategy to accelerate Tint World's national growth in 2026. The company aims to award 85 new franchises and open more than 50 new locations during the year. This follows a period of significant growth, with the company recently surpassing the $100 million mark in total store revenue. The expansion is also supported by a recent strategic investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, which marked the first time Tint World has taken on institutional capital. This funding is intended to boost franchise development and enhance operational support for franchisees. CEO Charles Bonfiglio has emphasized that the company's priority for 2026 is to empower its entrepreneurs with the necessary technology, training, and marketing resources.
