Study: AI adoption linked to faster growth at staffing firms
Staffing and recruitment firms that use AI are seeing stronger revenue growth and faster candidate placements, according to a new report from Bullhorn. The GRID report, which surveyed nearly 2,300 recruitment professionals, found a strong correlation between AI adoption and improved business performance.
- Firms with high-growth (over 25% revenue increase) are significant adopters of AI, with 78% using AI tools embedded in their applicant tracking systems. Furthermore, top-performing staffing firms are four times more likely to utilize AI. The majority of these high-performing firms report average placement times of under 10 days. - The transition to a CTO role in a B2B SaaS company requires a shift from a purely technical focus to a business-centric one, concentrating on how technology can drive revenue and achieve strategic goals. Key challenges for new CTOs include escaping day-to-day operational tasks to focus on strategy, aligning technology and talent with business objectives, and effectively communicating between technical and business stakeholders. - "Agentic AI" refers to systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to manage complex, dynamic workflows with a high degree of autonomy, moving beyond simple task automation to orchestrate processes and make decisions in real-time.
