The CrossFit Open 2026 concluded its three-week competition held from February 26 to March 16. The final workout, 26.3, was revealed live from Wodapalooza in Miami Beach on March 12, 2026. Mirjam von Rohr of Switzerland and Bjarni Leifs of Iceland won the first workout of the 2026 season (26.1). Von Rohr posted a time of 9:50, making her the only athlete to finish under 10 minutes. Leifs completed the workout in 10:59, the only male athlete to break the 11-minute barrier. The CrossFit Open marks the start of the CrossFit Games season, with top athletes progressing to Quarterfinals and Semifinals. The CrossFit Games is scheduled to take place from July 21-26.
