Hyrox craze keeps growing

Hyrox is moving from convention halls into everyday gyms as the race series adds training clubs, coach programs and bigger local events. The official sequence is SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls, with divisions for Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay. In North America, its New York race is scheduled for May 28 to June 7, 2026 across eight race days and is billed by the company as its largest event in the region’s history, with 50,000 athletes. Hyrox’s official training-club program gives affiliated gyms access to programming, class tutorials and marketing materials, and its coach directory lists certified trainers for in-person and online coaching.
