Helldivers 2 Gets WWI-Themed Update
*Helldivers 2* is dropping the “Entrenched Division” Warbond on March 17, featuring flamethrowers, gas mortars, and even a WWI-inspired emote.
The new Warbond includes the BR-14 Adjudicator Rifle, R-36 Eruptor Rifle, and CB-9 Exploding Crossbow as primary weapons. Players can also equip the G-123 Thermite grenade and the CE-27 Ground Breaker armor set. The "That Didn't Just Happen" emote appears to reference a famous World War I moment. It seems to allude to a scene from the 1917 film where a soldier emerges from a trench. This Warbond follows the recent addition of mechs to *Helldivers 2*. The game has been praised for its challenging gameplay and satirical themes.
