50 Cent Drops Max B Remix

The new track, titled "No More Tricks, No More Tries," is a remix of a song by Harlem rapper Max B. The original song, "No More Tricks," was Max B's first single released in November 2025 following his release from prison after serving 16 years of an original 75-year sentence for a 2006 robbery-murder. This collaboration is one of two recent music releases from 50 Cent, who also dropped "No One Told Us What We're Here For," the theme for the upcoming series *Power: Origins*. That track contained his first direct musical response to the barrage of diss tracks from T.I. and his sons. The feud with T.I. began in early February 2026, when the Atlanta rapper claimed on a podcast that 50 Cent was dodging a potential Verzuz battle. In response, 50 Cent utilized social media to mock T.I.'s wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris, and his son, King Harris. The Harris family retaliated with multiple diss tracks aimed at the G-Unit founder. While T.I. released songs like "War" and "Right One," 50 Cent has largely kept his own responses to social media, at one point accusing T.I. of using ChatGPT to write his lyrics. This musical output follows a significant period of focus on television for 50 Cent, whose last studio album was 2014's *Animal Ambition*. Through his G-Unit Films and Television Inc., he executive produces the entire *Power* universe for Starz, in addition to the series *BMF*. While he has confirmed he is working on new music, he has also suggested it will likely be integrated into his television and film projects rather than released as a standalone album. Upcoming productions from the entertainment mogul include a UK-based boxing drama titled *Fightland* and a TV series adaptation of the 2002 film *Paid in Full*, which will be co-executive produced by the film's original star, Cam'ron.
