New RPGs hit the market

*Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection* follows the heir of Azuria as they team up with Princess Eleanor of Vermeil to combat an environmental disaster called "Crystal Encroachment" and improve relations between their kingdoms. The story centers around the existence of Rathalos, monsters thought to be extinct. Gameplay involves protecting monsters and preserving their ecosystems. *GreedFall: The Dying World* is a prequel set three years before the first game, where the player controls a member of an indigenous tribe abducted by colonizing forces. Players will explore the continent of Gacane, forge alliances, and fight for freedom. The game allows players to directly command companions, drawing inspiration from *Dragon Age: Origins* and *Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic*. *Thysiastery* is a retro-inspired dungeon crawler where players lead a group of branded characters through a vast labyrinth. The game features permadeath, procedurally generated areas, and a skill-teaching mechanic where characters can learn from each other. *Thysiastery* officially launched on March 9, 2026, with "Very Positive" reviews. *Granblue Fantasy*’s Steam release on March 10, 2026, marks the first time players outside Japan can easily access the game, which initially launched in 2014 for mobile devices and web browsers. The Steam version features a redesigned 16:9 layout. Existing accounts cannot be linked to the Steam version, and the Steam version is unavailable in Japan. *Hollow Knight: Silksong* was added to Xbox Game Pass Premium on March 12, 2026, allowing Ultimate, PC, and Premium members to play it across console, PC, and cloud. The game, which launched in September 2025, expands on the original with a new protagonist, deeper exploration, and faster combat. It holds OpenCritic's "Mighty" rating, with a 91 average score and a 97% reviewer recommendation rate.
