Alabama’s big Pro Day

Alabama held a Pro Day on Wednesday with 18 players participating — highlights included QB Ty Simpson, Germie Bernard and tackle Kadyn Proctor putting work in front of scouts. Coach Kalen DeBoer praised the culture in spring ball, and tight end Kaleb Edwards drew notice for setting the room’s tone during the session ( ).

Scouts from all 32 NFL teams were reported to have attended Alabama’s Pro Day at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on March 25, giving every Crimson Tide prospect a full league-wide look. (sports.yahoo.com) Ty Simpson completed 50 of 55 passes during a scripted throwing session, according to multiple reports. (profootballnetwork.com) Simpson also targeted and completed multiple deep throws during the workout to answer arm‑strength questions that followed the Combine. (bleacherreport.com) During the Pro Day throwing period Simpson worked with several draft‑eligible receivers — including Germie Bernard, Josh Cuevas, Brody Dalton, Jam Miller and Dre Washington — and current Tide receivers Ryan Coleman‑Williams, Rico Scott and Noah Rogers. (on3.com) Germie Bernard, who has been projected by some outlets as a Day‑2 pick, ran routes at the workout and met with media afterward to discuss his pro‑day and Combine performances. (youtube.com) Left tackle Kadyn Proctor — listed at about 6‑6⅝ and 352 pounds at the Combine and noted for a 32.5‑inch vertical — was a focal point for offensive‑line evaluators at the Pro Day, and Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles was the only GM confirmed on site. (cbssports.com) (bearswire.usatoday.com) The Pro Day came roughly four weeks before the 2026 NFL Draft, which is scheduled for April 23–25 in Pittsburgh, where many of these Alabama prospects are expected to be formally selected or climbed/ slipped on team boards.
