Home show: 400+ building booths
The Black Hills Home Builders Association Home Show returns to Rapid City March 27–29 with over 400 booths of home-building and improvement experts — an immediate chance to compare products, talk to builders, and scout materials for projects (kotatv.com). The event is this weekend, so it’s prime for hands-on demos and direct contractor contacts before spring remodeling season (kotatv.com).
The event is set inside The Monument venue at 444 N. Mount Rushmore Road in Rapid City. (visitrapidcity.com) Public admission is listed at $10 per person, with advanced tickets available online and additional sales through The Bluepeak Ticket Offices. (themonument.live) Organizers publish daily opening hours that begin at 11:00 a.m. on the first day and 10:00 a.m. on subsequent days, with the final day closing in the mid-afternoon. (blackhillshomebuilders.com) A Market Place Pop Up will occupy the ice arena and feature more than 75 local small businesses selling crafts, food and home décor. (blackhillshomebuilders.com) The Home Show was created and has been sponsored by the Black Hills Home Builders Association since 1973. (themonument.live) Returning vendor applications were mailed in September 2025 with a November 1, 2025 return deadline, and new vendor registration opened November 4, 2025. (blackhillshomebuilders.com) Event listings and festival directories estimate attendance in the neighborhood of 7,000 and note on-site features including a kid’s area and at least one stage for demonstrations. (festivalnet.com) A Home Show Social networking event for industry members was scheduled the evening before the public show on March 26, 2026, with a $20 per-person fee. (happeningnext.com)
