Integrity Deploys AI to Entire Workforce

Insurance and financial services firm Integrity is collaborating with Microsoft to give its entire workforce a personal AI assistant through Microsoft 365 Copilot. The company says the move is aimed at enhancing productivity, services, and speed of work across the organization.

Dallas-based Integrity is a distributor of life and health insurance and a provider of wealth management solutions. The firm is extending its existing "Ask Integrity" AI platform, which currently assists agents, to its entire employee base. Co-founder and CEO Bryan W. Adams views this AI expansion as a way to create "super advisors" by combining artificial intelligence with the emotional intelligence of their human workforce. The goal is to leverage technology to simplify processes and provide better, more holistic service to clients across life, health, and wealth needs. The move to equip every employee with a personal AI assistant is part of a broader trend in the insurance industry. While many firms are adopting AI for specific tasks like claims processing and underwriting, a workforce-wide rollout of a personal AI assistant is a significant step. For example, AXA has successfully used an AI voice assistant to handle routine customer inquiries, and Lemonade's AI bot processes a significant portion of their claims autonomously. This initiative is also in line with Integrity's emphasis on its employee-owned structure, which the company believes fosters a culture of innovation and a commitment to serving clients more effectively. By providing advanced technological tools to all employees, Integrity aims to further differentiate itself in the market.
