New SoCal EDM Fest

Goldenvoice, the company behind Coachella and Stagecoach, is organizing the new festival. It's slated to be a "one-time-only" event. Head Trip will feature a single stage with no overlapping sets. Besides the headliners, other acts include Fisher b2b Chris Lake, Peggy Gou b2b Four Tet, and Dom Dolla b2b Kettama. The festival is also set to host the U.S. debut of Floating Points' Sunflower Sound System. This sound system will be housed in a dedicated tent with tapestries and art by Josephine Chime. Tickets go on sale this Friday. Two-day GA passes start at $399. Payment plans are available.
