ZTE Unveils AI Suite at MWC 2026

ZTE is showcasing its latest 'full-stack' AI innovations at MWC Barcelona 2026. The company is highlighting the integration of AI across connectivity, cloud, home, and personal devices, and plans to unveil eight new 'breakthrough achievements'.

Underpinning its "All in AI, AI for All" strategy, ZTE's MWC 2026 showcase is structured around four key pillars: AI Agentic Connectivity, AI Cloud, AI Home, and Smart Personal Devices. The company is presenting a comprehensive digital intelligence framework that spans from infrastructure to applications. Among the eight major breakthroughs announced is the AIR MAX, an AI-native architecture designed to enable Level 4 autonomous mobile networks. Looking ahead, ZTE is also unveiling a GigaMIMO 6G prototype, which boasts over 2,000 antenna elements and promises a tenfold capacity increase over 5G-Advanced. For data centers and cloud infrastructure, the company is highlighting its SuperPOD for 128 GPUs and an Elastic AIDC solution that claims to reduce construction time by 40% and improve energy efficiency by 25%. An enterprise-level AI agent named Co-Claw for office, R&D, and operations is also being introduced. On the device front, ZTE is debuting the industry's first Wi-Fi 8 CPE for commercial use. It is also launching the nubia M153 smartphone, which will feature a technical preview of ByteDance's Doubao AI assistant. This is part of a broader strategy that has seen ZTE hold the No. 1 global market share in 5G FWA and MBB devices for five straight years.
