InVideo and Google Cloud Launch AI Engine

InVideo has deepened its partnership with Google Cloud to introduce a new AI engine for video production. The platform aims to provide an end-to-end workflow, including script generation and asset creation, with a focus on scaling long-form filmmaking for enterprise use and reducing production costs.

- The collaboration integrates InVideo’s creative interface with Google Cloud’s full AI stack, including generative media models like Veo and Imagen on Vertex AI, and sound design tools such as Lyria and Chirp for synchronized scores and multilingual dialogue. - This partnership leverages Google Cloud's AI Hypercomputer architecture, which utilizes performance-optimized TPUs and GPUs to train custom AI models and maintain visual consistency in long-form narrative content. - To address content authenticity, the platform will embed invisible watermarks in all generated assets using Google's SynthID technology, ensuring transparency and traceability. - InVideo, founded in 2017 by Sanket Shah, Pankit Chheda, and Harsh Vakharia, serves over 30 million creators and has raised more than $50 million in funding from investors including Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global Management. - The announcement, made by InVideo CEO Sanket Shah and Google Cloud's President of Asia Pacific, Karan Bajwa, took place in New Delhi ahead of the India AI Film Festival. - As a proof of concept for its new enterprise offering, InVideo is set to announce the development of three feature films with major Indian production houses using the new AI-powered pipeline. - While InVideo's existing tools cater to marketers and content creators, this new enterprise-grade pipeline is specifically designed for studios, broadcasters, and advertising agencies to produce studio-quality, long-form films.
