Steve Aoki's Dim Mak 30th Tour

Steve Aoki announced his Dim Mak 30th anniversary Phase 2 tour with tickets now on sale. The tour includes a stop at Clayton's Beach Bar in South Padre Island, Texas on March 16, among other coastal venues.

- Steve Aoki founded the Dim Mak label from his college dorm room at UC Santa Barbara in 1996. The name "Dim Mak" is a reference to a martial arts death touch made famous by his childhood hero, Bruce Lee. - Initially, the label focused on punk and indie rock, with its first release being a 7-inch record from the hardcore band Stickfigurecarousel. Dim Mak later evolved to become a prominent electronic dance music label. - The 30th Anniversary Tour includes stops at other iconic venues across North America, such as Radius in Chicago, Echostage in Washington, D.C., and a stage takeover at the Ultra Music Festival. - A rotating lineup of artists from the Dim Mak family will join Aoki on select tour dates, including Audien, Laidback Luke, Timmy Trumpet, The Bloody Beetroots, and Nostalgix. - Throughout his career, Steve Aoki has averaged 2,064 ticket sales per show, with an average gross of $85,207. - In addition to the tour, the 30th-anniversary celebration for Dim Mak will include special live events, limited-edition merchandise, and commemorative digital and physical releases. - Clayton's Beach Bar, the venue for the South Padre Island stop, is known as the biggest beach bar in Texas and has a capacity of around 3,000 people.
