With Love Always, a popular Las Vegas smash burger concept, is expanding to the Red Rock Hotel food court in Spring 2026. It will be located in the space currently occupied by Fatburger, which is closing January 12, 2026. The founders of With Love Always describe their restaurant as a love letter to Las Vegas, offering a simple menu with high-quality ingredients. The menu features double smash burgers made with fresh Black Angus beef, American cheese, onions, and classic condiments on potato rolls. Fries are fried in beef tallow, and French custard soft serve is also available. Drew Belcher, co-founder of With Love Always, said they chose Red Rock because they wanted to serve their local neighborhood first. The brand started as a pop-up in 2021 and opened its first brick-and-mortar location in 2024.
